Work before the Spring Festival holiday


complete machine

1. Scrubbing the fuselage, the body is free from dirt, oil and dirt.

2. Lubrication and maintenance of the moving parts of the whole machine.

3. clean or replace the felt and oil line, and eliminate leakage.

4. Grease and grease should be added as required to ensure normal oil level.

5. check the wear and tear of all parts, and damage should be replaced in time.


Pulling and discharging

1. check whether the transmission parts are good.

2. The surface of clean traction roller and steel roller.

3. Check whether the cutting device is working normally and whether the cutter has broken teeth.


Printing / composite / coating device

1. check the printing plate / composite / coated roller is intact.

2. Cleaning Ink/Glue Tank, Ink/Glue Pump, Ink/Glue Filtration Screen, Ink Scraper, Ink Handling/Leveling Roller, Plate Roller/Screen Roller Cone Hole and Cone Block

3. Check whether there is any foreign body in the drying box and heating device.

4. Clean printing / coating roller, filter, circulation fan and ground drainage filter net.

5. Check whether the ink / glue groove is flexible and reliable.


Charging and receiving traction

1, check whether the receiving and pressing rollers are normal and clean.

2. Recheck rack accuracy.


Still picture / composite observation board

1. use special cleaning cloth to clean the camera.

2. Check the fasteners of the static picture device and whether the connectors are loose or not.

3. clean camera slide rail

4. keep the composite viewing board clean (composite, coating equipment).


Alignment system

1. check whether the pulse encoder and coupling are loose.

2. check whether the plug-ins are intact, whether the plug is reliable or not.

3. check whether the color sensor work is normal.

4. Clean and adjust the reflector of the color sensor.

5. Check whether the system is grounded properly.


Rectifying system (composite / coating equipment)

1. whether the photoelectric eye is clean.

2. Is the fuel pipe intact?

3. whether the execution mechanism is flexible or not.


Electrical part

1. Check whether the cooling fan or air conditioner of the main cabinet or main cabinet is running normally and clean as required.

2. Check the reliability of cables and vibration components.

3. Check and clean PCB and replace the electronic components as required.

4. check whether the entire line is damaged.


Remarks: in addition to the above contents, please complete the routine daily, weekly and monthly maintenance items at the same time.


Work to do after work

1. Check the machine oil level and check the rack accuracy before power up.

2. Check whether the gas path, transmission and cooling part are leaking, leaking or leaking.

3, check the operation panel indicators, buttons, switches, control devices are normal.

4. After the main engine power is switched on, the main engine lubricating oil can not be turned on until it circulates to every lubricating point of the machine.

5. check whether the exhaust fan is normal.

6. Check whether pneumatic parts are reliable.

7. check the tension and pressure adjustment is correct.

8, check whether the printing / compound roller action is normal.

9. Check whether the scraper moving parts are flexible and reliable.

10. Check whether the sensors are working normally.

11. Open the air compressor, wait for the air in the compressor to reach the set value (automatic stop), slowly open the air valve of the air compressor to supply gas to the main engine.

12. check whether there are foreign objects on the equipment and the drum, and turn the wheels in and out.

13. Slow down the machine for 1 hour, check the plate roll, water-cooled roll, clutch pressure and other ancillary device action, check and listen to each solenoid valve action when the sound of venting to confirm that it is working properly, in the slow-moving machine can also do other preparatory work.

14. Air compressors, exhaust fans, general power supply, refrigerators and other auxiliary facilities should also be inspected to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
